I was able to view a condensed animated presentation of "Principles," the book written by Raymond Thomas Dalio, founder of Bridgewater Associates, which was narrated by Raymond himself. The visuals were energizing, and the content was interesting and well-written; together, these qualities caused me to ponder the question, "What life lessons can be applied to personal finance?" The truth is of the utmost significance to him. He encourages others to think independently about what they believe to be true for themselves. When it comes to our own personal finances, this translates to the goals that we set for ourselves. We need to be honest with ourselves about what it is that we truly require and what it is that brings us satisfaction.
